What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any change. Sorry about that!
What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, just go the Orders and Returns tab under your account, find the order, click "Cancel Order," then click "Confirm order cancellation." Once canceled, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email shortly!
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please firstname.lastname@example.org away.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'Track It' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Oh no! Contact us right away.
My package is lost!
If your package has been lost in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are worn, damaged or altered, will be sent back. To return or exchange an item, please contact us at help@themakenyc with your order number, what item(s) you're returning and the reason for the return.
